Talk it through.
Bring the messy version, the half-formed thought, or the thing you keep turning over in your head.
Leadership coaching • Detroit / Anywhere
Let’s start painting.
Leadership coaching for people ready to look honestly at where they are, get curious about what’s possible, and be intentional about what comes next.
Start a conversation
I’m not here to paint the picture for you. I’m here to help you see it more clearly.
Coaching isn’t about becoming someone else’s idea of a successful leader.
It’s a place to step back from the noise, look honestly at what’s taking shape, challenge what no longer fits, and make more intentional choices about who you want to be and how you want to lead.
You won’t come to me for all the answers. We’ll talk. I’ll ask questions. We’ll pull at threads. I’ll challenge you sometimes. We’ll notice patterns, sit with the uncomfortable stuff, laugh occasionally, and create enough space for you to hear your own thinking.
Bring the messy version, the half-formed thought, or the thing you keep turning over in your head.
We’ll question the obvious answer, explore what sits underneath it, and notice possibilities you may have overlooked.
Insight matters. What you choose to do with it matters more.
Knowing isn’t always the hard part.
I work with thoughtful, accomplished people navigating something that doesn’t have an obvious answer.
Your job got bigger.
Maybe you need to, too.
You know what everyone else needs from you.
You’re less certain what you need from yourself.
Something that used to work
isn’t working anymore.
You spend a lot of time helping other people think.
You could use someone whose job is to help you think.
You are not
a finished product.
PORTRAIT / IN PROGRESS
Hi. I’m Jolie.
I’ve spent much of my career inside complex organizations, working alongside leaders, building teams, navigating change, solving difficult problems, and helping people make sense of things that don’t come with a straightforward answer.
I’m interested in what changes when a role gets bigger than the one we prepared ourselves for, how we separate what we actually want from what we’re supposed to want, and how we stay ourselves while continually becoming someone new.
My job isn’t to tell you who to become. It’s to listen closely, ask the question that hasn’t been asked yet, notice what may be hiding in plain sight, and create a conversation where you can think differently.
You hold the brush.
Credibility block: Add coaching credentials, executive experience, training, and selected professional background here.
You don’t need
to become
someone else.
You don’t need to know exactly what you want from coaching. Tell me a little about what’s bringing you here, and we’ll see whether working together feels like the right fit.
No performance. No perfect answer required.
